What is ORBITS OF INFLUENCE® ?
ORBITS OF INFLUENCE® is an innovative,
inclusive dialogue and leadership initiative,
designed to enable diverse leaders to address
the pivotal issues of our lives, work & world,
and for all participants to expand
their personal, career, social and community
connections, and their creative power,
beyond their existing realms of influence.
ORBITS OF INFLUENCE® events create a dynamic space
in which a diverse group of leaders may self-organize into
dialogue and vision groups around the issues of highest
interest to them, in order to share their perspectives,
gain a 360-degree "global" view of that issue, and
then envision and align their expanded individual and
collective influence toward new creative potentials.
Orbits of Influence provides a complete system to
progressively guide those diverse leadership
conversations from dialogue to visioning,
and on to shared, collective action, as the
participants assume leadership for positive change.

 The ORBITS OF INFLUENCE Leadership Dialogue Initiative is grounded in the belief that everyone has a voice in creating community.
ORBITS OF INFLUENCE Leadership Dialogue events
are designed to be intriguing, challenging and energizing
for leaders from all "spheres of influence" - whether
economic development, education, health/human services,
arts/culture, information/technology, philosophy, diversity,
or science/discovery.
The dialogue topics at each ORBITS event range across all these spheres,
and are either chosen from among suggested topics already posted,
or proposed on-site by participants themselves - so that each event is unique,
based on the mix of participants and their interests.
ORBITS OF INFLUENCE is attracting a growing attendance of CEOs, small business owners, entrepreneurs, nonprofit executives, volunteers, educators, students, public officials and civic leaders alike.
 In addition, a growing host of cities and communities, organizations and businesses, are contacting us to learn how they might apply the powerful ORBITS OF INFLUENCE process - which can be scaled to address the specific scope of issues, or "UNIVERSE OF IDEAS," most critical to any group or team - to facilitate diverse  dialogue, and to initiate authentic, collective change and shared action.
