We recommend you make your reservations
as soon as possible, as La Playa is a beautiful
and popular hotel, so rooms are booked far in advance
(as of right now, rooms are available).
You may choose to fly in either to Monterey, CA
(4.4 mi. from Carmel; Monterey Peninsula Airport/MRY),
or into San Jose (55 mi. to Carmel; Airport: SJC) or
San Francisco (77 mi. to Carmel; Airport: SFO) >
Driving directions.
Once you arrive at La Playa Hotel, it is not required that you
have a car – as we have chosen this hotel both for its rich history,
its beautiful environment and garden, and its convenient
walking-distance access to restaurants and shopping.
However, you may wish to have a car available to explore
the surrounding area (highly recommended), such as 17-mile Drive
(adjacent to Carmel’s main drive), Big Sur, and other area sites
(in addition, you may wish to schedule one or two days on either
side of the Power Arc Live Intensive, to allow time to enjoy more
of Carmel and nearby sites.)
Numerous other nearby hotels/bed & breakfasts are available
within walking distance of La Playa Hotel, as well. You may
explore other lodging options at the Carmel-by-the-Sea web site,
other Carmel lodging web sites (such as TripAdvisor) or more
general travel web sites such as Travelocity.com or Expedia.com,
should La Playa Hotel/our event hotel be booked or not have
the room type/price you prefer.

The seminar begins Monday morning at 8:00 am and ends
on Tuesday by 5:00 pm. Sessions will be very interactive
and intensive. Julie Ann will be working with you in great

Power Arc Live Intensive (required Part One of the
Power Arc Certification process); provide you with in-depth
training on the Power Arc Success System, introducing
advanced stages and steps; as well as focus on your own
application of these tools and the full Power Arc Success System,
so that you may use it to grow your business and transform
the lives and work of your clients. Again, our sessions
will be very interactive and intensive.

Itinerary:
We will enjoy the 26-mile drive down Highway 1, with its
breathtaking and legendary views, from Carmel to Big Sur.
Once there, we will enjoy a gourmet lunch on the patio
at the elite Post Ranch Inn, which overhangs an amazing hillside
of flora and fauna, overlooks the ocean, and very nearly
touches the clouds. We will hear about the amazing history
of Big Sur and Post Ranch (very much intertwined), and visit
the actual Post Family homestead.
Next, we will visit the equally inspiring Ventana Inn, and
actually walk two forest trails among the towering
redwood trees.
To close our journey, we will enjoy dessert and drinks on
Ventana’s famed patio, providing panoramic views of Big Sur.
This will be an unforgettable experience –
a time to renew, integrate and/or prepare
for learning, and honor and celebrate
our best lives, work – and world.
